Today, on International Women’s Day, we are championing the women who are shaping our culinary industry of today, both in front and behind the scenes, and a great many more too.
We are celebrating women across the world, within all walks of life.
According to the World Economic Forum sadly none of us will see gender parity in our lifetimes, and nor is it likely many of our children will. Gender parity will not be attained for almost a century. Therefore, everything we do here now and tomorrow, for our futures and for the future of all women, matters significantly.
